Oh, yes. It's Friday the 13th and I've got a cold. Bad, isn't it?
I lay in bed and slept all day and moaned about my miserable fate ...
Until a friend of mine phoned me to tell me that she is going to stay in psychiatry as of Monday.
I knew she had to go there ... but I was dealing with myself instead of thinking of others.

That kinda shocked me. I've only got a cold. - There are lots of people suffering from far worse things ... and not only in poor countries where they have neither enough water nor food. Bad things can even happen in your neighborhood ... and you don't mention them because you consider yourself as more important.

I believe that's something everyone should think of from time to time. Paying a bit more attention to ur surroundings won't harm us.
